Of the 1,130 people living in Clay CDP in 2020, 46.5 percent (525) were women and 53.5 percent (605) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Sacramento Today.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 82. In the 65 and over age range, there were 110 females and 88 males.
