On Thursday, Feb. 20, former Cosumnes Oaks High School standout Marisol Gomez’s current college team, the Humboldt State Lumberjacks, lost 6-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the San Francisco State Gators.

The game took place at Bear River Recreation Center. This was their second matchup against the Gators this season.

The Lumberjacks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 12 p.m. at Seawolf Softball Field against Sonoma State Seawolves.
