On Friday, March 7, former Elk Grove High School standout Eddie Madrigal’s current college team, the Saint Mary’s Gaels, lost 4-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Utah Tech Trailblazers.

The game took place at Bruce Hurst Field. This was their first matchup against the Trailblazers this season.

The Gaels’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 4:05 p.m. at Bruce Hurst Field against Utah Tech Trailblazers.
