On Saturday, March 22, former Elk Grove High School standout Jenna Porto’s current college team, the Cal State East Bay Pioneers, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Humboldt State Lumberjacks.

The game took place at Bear River Recreation Center. This was their third matchup against the Lumberjacks this season.

The Pioneers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 3 p.m. at Bear River Recreation Center against Humboldt State Lumberjacks.
